How It Works

A good match comes first

Choosing a Pomeranian isn’t just about picking a puppy - it’s also about being ready for the care, training, and attention that comes after.

We’ll guide you through the process, but once your puppy goes home, you need to be ready with insurance, a licensed vet to finish the vaccination series, as well as puppy classes or online puppy training. We recommend Baxter & Bella’s online puppy training classes - use our code for a discount: PNWPOMS

  1. Reach Out Via Application

When you’re ready, reach out via our application - and tell us a little about your home, your lifestyle, and what you’re hoping for.

This helps us determine if we’re a good fit and which puppy may be right for you. Our number to call or text during business hours is

360-808-7072. We love talking about Pomeranians!

We also have a Facebook Group, Pacific Northwest Pomeranians - where you can ask questions, post pictures of your Pomeranians, and join in or create local Pomeranian meet ups. You can also follow us on Instagram @Pacific_Northwest_Pomeranians as well as YouTube @PNWpomeranians.

  2. Deposit and Reservation

A deposit is required to reserve your puppy - deposits are nonrefundable, as they reserve your puppy and remove them from availability

We accept payment by credit card, debit, or cash - other arrangements can be discussed if needed.

Once a puppy is reserved, we will not offer that puppy to anyone else.

  3. Availability and Timing

Puppies are not always available immediately.

If timing doesn’t line up, many families choose to stay in touch and follow along until the right match comes along.

Most puppies are reserved fairly quickly, often by families who have been following along for a little while.

  4. Preparing for your puppy

Before pickup, you’ll want to have:

    A safe, contained space

    Food and basic supplies ready

A plan for supervision, training, and routine

  5. Pickup day (Yay!)

Remaining balance is due - we ask for cash or a debit/credit card at pick up.

You’ll receive your puppy along with a go home bag that contains the vet care records, a toothbrush, favorite toy, a blanket that smells like mom to ease the transition, potty bags, potty pads, food and water for the ride home.

  6. After your puppy goes home

Your puppy will need consistent care - structure and training - attention and love!
